Jump out of the frying pan into the fire; Fall out of the frying pan into the fire. 跳出油窝，又落火坑　注意　the frying pan　和 the fire，　都有冠词the.
/I realize you are in a difficult position, but borrowing from high-interest loan sharks to pay off your debts is just jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. --> go from a bad situaton into a worse one.
/I think we should wait a while before we act. We don't want to risk falling out of the frying pan into the fire.
